During the first week the home was on the market, there were several offers, and we accepted an offer significantly more than the asking price. As a diligent agent myself, I notice when other agents pay attention to detail. Gayle was always available for us, clients, and contractors- for me, communication is important. She did showings, made sure everything was closed up and turned off. She alerted us of potential issues, made sure the place was always in its best showing condition including even cleaning up our loquat tree leaves and peacock droppings in the driveway! She went above and beyond when it came to the city issues and took a lot of extra time and effort to resolve our issues in a timely manner, making sure it was satisfactory for all parties. She had to work extra hard when our property fell out of escrow multiple times, but she persisted until a new buyer appeared. Ultimately, I cannot recommend her enough. She has a wonderful personality to work with, in addition to good communication, diligence, was not pushy, has an attention to detail and an overall knowledge of the hill and city even beyond my own. I am so glad I decided to trust Gayle Probst to handle the sale of our property, and if I have the opportunity to use her again, I definitely will!
